Holy Communion
We share a service of Holy Communion on the first Sunday of the month to which all are invited to attend and share in the communion of bread and wine.

Service duration and Dress code:  During our time together which lasts for about an hour, there is a children’s talk, a talk or sermon for the grown-ups.  We do not have a dress code. Some come casually dressed while others come more smartly dressed.  The choice is yours, however you come you will be most welcome.

Music and Songs:  We sing songs and hymns mostly from our hymn book [Mission Praise] but all are projected on the screen. We generally have one or two Bible readings, times of prayer .  You are free to stand or sit as you wish. We celebrate Holy Communion on the 1st Sunday in the month.  All are invited, adults and children. Depending on the song either the pipe organ or piano is used.

Sound Recording:  The talk or sermon is recorded onto our website for people who wish to catch up afterwards.

6.00pm –  Evening worship
A Quiet time of worship:  During this time we use our Mission Praise hymn book, Bible readings, a time of prayer and a talk by the minister. This is either in the main church [Sanctuary] or in our small hall – the Cornwall Room.

Holy Communion to which all are invited is held on the 3rd Sunday in the month.  Service time lasts for about 45 mins to an hour, and we can expect for 10 to 20 to attend.                                                                         Return to Front Page
